Quercus bicolor ‘JFS-KW12’ – American Dream Oak is a new Swamp White Oak cultivar developed by J. Frank Schmidt Nursery. It was selected for strong resistance to anthracnose and powdery mildew. As a grower, we love the branching consistency in the field. This is one of our “Tried & True” favorites!
GROWER’S NOTES:
Like the name says – this Oak is a true dream to grow! American Dream Oak grows much more uniform for us in the nursery and finishes a little slower than the straight species. The foliage stays very clean, and the bark really stands out compared to other Oaks.
