Populus tremuloides ‘NE-Arb’ – Prairie Gold Aspen was developed in cooperation between the Nebraska State Arboretum and J. Frank Schmidt Nursery. The variety was selected for its adaptability to the heat, drought, and humidity of the Midwestern prairie landscape.
