We’ve been out and about this past month checking in on our “babies” growing in the landscape. We grow trees for several municipalities across Illinois, and our relationships with the foresters who plant our trees is very important to us. We enjoy working with forestry teams to select the right trees for their communities. After our SGN Trees leave our nursery and get planted in communities, we like to follow up to see how they are doing. It is fun for us to go around town with our forestry friends and find our trees. We especially love seeing some of our trees that were planted years ago – they are getting big and thriving!
Here are some pictures and notes about some of our SGN Trees we got to visit in their new homes. Enjoy!
