General Description: Quercus robur x Q. bicolor ‘Nadler’ – Kindred Spirit Oak is one of the tightest columnar trees. It is a sister seedling to the Regal Prince but with a tighter form. The mildew and drought resistant features coupled with the form make it an excellent choice for narrow urban streets and one of our “Tried & True” favorites.
GROWER’S NOTES:
A hybrid similar to Regal Prince Oak, Kindred Spirit Oak stays much more tight at maturity. At a young age in the nursery, it is difficult to tell the difference between the two.
