Fall Color Yoga in the Trees
Our summer solstice yoga was so much fun, we decided it needs to happen every season! We are thrilled to partner with Illinois Valley Industries and Maureen Keegan to bring you a fall yoga experience in the trees among the beauty of fall colors. Illinois Valley Industries provides support and guidance to adults with intellectual, developmental, emotional, sensory, and physical barriers. IVI helps people participate in their community, live independently, contribute to society and enhance the quality of their lives. All proceeds collected from the event support IVI Wellness Programming.
The yoga will be led by a local favorite, Maureen Keegan. She is one of the BEST yoga instructors around and we are thrilled to welcome her to the farm to share her practice with everyone. Light refreshments will be available for after yoga. You are welcome to bring your own goodies and hangout afterwards for a bonfire. Come move, unwind, and support a great cause!
