Celebrate Arbor Day & Earth Day with SGN Trees!

As tree growers and lovers of nature, Arbor Day holds a special place in our hearts! Twenty-one years ago we started planting trees with local schools when our daughter was a youngster at MVK Grade School. We had so much fun planting with the kids & teaching them about trees that the tradition has continued ever since. Every spring we have planted a tree at MVK Grade School along with several other area schools. We enjoy teaching the kids about the benefits of trees and letting them dig in dirt to plant a tree at their school. We will be planting at our local school, MVK on Friday, April 26 to commemorate the best holiday of the year – ARBOR DAY!

We also love to celebrate Earth Day! This year, Earth Day is Monday, April 22. We will be sharing lots of resources on our website and social media about both Earth Day and Arbor Day, so stay tuned for some awesome tree facts!

With deep roots in the local community, we are always looking for opportunities to share our knowledge and passion for trees when needed. The benefits of trees are countless.
