Fly over Spring Grove Nursery for a great view compliments of Becky’s Dad, Doug Harford. Doug shares his view from his powered parachute! You can see a great shot of the nursery from above.

Notice the patches of soybeans planted in & around the nursery. These blocks fill in blank areas recently harvested. The soybeans help to keep down soil erosion while at the same time return nitrogen to the soil. By planting the beans in these spots, we can take care of our soil & be prepared for next year’s plantings. Those areas will be ready to plant new trees in next spring.
