Winter is a great time to visit our nursery.  You can see the structure on our trees & have first pick of our new spring dig selection.  We encourage you to stop by anytime!

A great educational opportunity during iLandscape is the OGA (Ornamental Growers Association of Northern IL) presentation with Nancy Buley from J. Frank Schmidt Nursery on Wed Feb 25 from 2:30-3:45pm.  Becky Thomas will join Nancy along with other OGA growers Mike Scheitz & JR Tecza. Together they will all present “Urban Trees for a New Century”. You can read more about it below. Please join us!

Also next week is the Chuck Tosvosky Annual Tribute Dinner. On Feb 24, we will be honoring Ken Doty & Scott McAdams. The dinner will benefit Green Industry Lobbying Efforts – Abbington Banquet Hall, Glen Ellyn.

Later this winter, we will be sponsoring the ProHort Symposium on March 9 at IL Central College in East Peoria.  There is a great education line up available. We hope to see you there!
