Holding Yard

This photo gallery contains pictures of our well-maintained holding yard. Our 2018 Holding Yard is well stocked with a great assortment of trees ready to ship. We work very hard to maintain our trees so they are fresh & ready to ship when our customers need them. We use drip irrigation and keep the balls in good condition to ensure a healthy specimen tree all season long. Click this gallery to see some pictures of our selections.

Nursery Photos

In this gallery are some photos from around the nursery throughout the seasons. To view pictures of individual trees click on the trees in the Photo Gallery.

Tree Planting

Every spring we plant new trees a the nursery for future crops. Our liners arrive in mid-March, and we are usually planting the last week of March or first week of April. We welcome you to come out & see how it's done!

Tree Digging

Digging seasons take place in the spring & fall when the trees are dormant. On a good day, we can dig 174-200 trees a day with a crew of 5. After the trees are dug, we stage them for delivery or put them into our seasonal holding yard on drip irrigation for delivery throughout the summer.

Arbor Day Plantings

We love Arbor Day at the nursery! Every spring we visit areas grade schools & teach the kids about trees before enlisting their help to plant a tree on their school ground. Here are some fun shots over the years planting with kids.
